“BTS Jimin Dating Rumor” Song Da-eun Takes Legal Action Against Malicious Comments

On April 4, Song Da-eun shared information related to her lawsuit through her personal account.
The released photo showed that a malicious commenter had received a notification of investigation after being sued by Song Da-eun.
In a message received by Song Da-eun’s legal representative, the opposing party stated, “The accused would like to apologize and check if it’s possible to withdraw the complaint.” In response, Song Da-eun strongly stated, “Why are you creating situations where an apology is needed?”

She then added, “There’s a reason I haven’t posted on my feed for months. Don’t start rumors saying I’ve become the accused. Now I’m even more eager to catch them.”
She emphasized, “I don’t need an apology. I’m proceeding with more diverse charges. I’ve never been an accused.”
Song Da-eun warned, “Everything’s my fault? Burning Sun? Escort girl? Fake news? That’s not me. I’m not the accused. Don’t just see what you want to see or spread only what you want to spread.”
She also shared part of the legal documents related to the lawsuit, revealing the content of the malicious comments.
One screenshot included a comment stating “There isn’t even a single two-shot in the ‘World Superstar dating rumor’ article. That person, Song Da-eun, has been acting like a stalker for a long time”, to which she responded, “This is a comment from someone who’s already been sued. If you don’t want to get sued for similar content, it’s best to stay quiet.”

Meanwhile, Song Da-eun rose to fame through Channel A’s “Heart Signal 2” and has been repeatedly caught up in dating rumors with BTS’s Jimin since 2022.
